Un d\u00e9sengagement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme un ajustement budg\u00e9taire. Mais les cons\u00e9quences sont lourdes : cinq postes d’\u00e9ducateurs de rue sont supprim\u00e9s. A Poitiers, on passerait ainsi de 12 \u00e0 9, les quartiers de Bellejouanne et des Trois-Cit\u00e9s seraient abandonn\u00e9s.
