La R\u00e9gion Nouvelle-Aquitaine pr\u00e9pare actuellement une convention relative \u00e0 l’exploitation des TER. Malgr\u00e9 la pression europ\u00e9enne d’ouverture \u00e0 la concurrence, la loi LOM permet de la repousser jusqu’en 2032 en renouvelant la convention actuelle avec la SNCF. Dans la Vienne, la lib\u00e9ralisation des lignes de TER renforcerait l’enclavement de territoires d\u00e9j\u00e0 fragiles avec la suppression de certaines lignes dites \u00ab\u00a0non-rentables\u00a0\u00bb. Elle provoquerait aussi une hausse g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des tarifs insupportable par de nombreux m\u00e9nages.
